  • Airbnb: up to 3 million for property damage and 1 million for guest damage (liability).
  • Booking offers up to one million for RC.

  2. If you are running a business activity the tax regulations applicable to it will be applied.

Reports will be sent via pdf or Excel every quarter. We are currently working on the implementation of a softwer to allow live viewing of the property.

Payments will be directly to your account: Airbnb after 24H after check-out and Booking every Thursday of the week.

Teolai's Luxury will take care of all the paperwork after the management contract is signed.
